Dru Yoga
Dru Yoga is based upon soft flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation. It is a powerful and graceful form of exercise that is suitable for all abilities. Benefits include balancing the flow of energy in your body as well as releasing blockages and being a potent means of stress relief.

Classes end with a relaxation, some breathing practices, meditation and mudras to help calm the mind and bring the body back into balance.
